Belarus deports Iranian student to Armenia over comments about her country

June 7, Pozirk. Belarus has deported an Iranian woman, arrested for comments about Iran on Telegram, to Armenia, the Viasna Human Rights Center reported.

Viasna said it received the information from a woman held together with Khatereh Khodadadi at the Minsk detention center.

Khadadi, a dentistry student at Belarusian State Medical University, was arrested in mid-April in an operation involving Iranian embassy officials.
