September 21, Pozirk. The rubel has slightly appreciated against three major currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It climbed to 3.2590 per US dollar, 3.4800 per euro and 4.4553 per 10 yuan in today’s trading. However, it slid to 3.3859 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (September 11 – 15), the rubel rose 0.52 percent against the greenback and 0.23 percent against the euro but fell 0.57 percent against the yuan and 1.01 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency lost 17.44 percent of its value against the dollar from January to August.
