Belarus’ official coronavirus death toll rises to 6,052

January 31, BPN. The total number of confirmed coronavirus infection cases in Belarus increased by 1,965 from 740,988 on Sunday to 742,953 on Monday, with the death toll rising by 13 from 6,039 to 6,052, according to the country’s health ministry.

The ministry said that a total of 733,526 people had recovered from the coronavirus, and 1,514 people had been discharged from hospitals over the past 24 hours.

As many as 11,720,365 tests for the coronavirus had been carried out in the country by Sunday, with 28,961 tests conducted in the past 24 hours.

As of January 28, as many as 5,321,000 people in Belarus had already received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and over 4,447,000 people had been fully vaccinated with two doses.
