Belarus’ official coronavirus death toll rises to 6,633

March 11, BPN. The total number of confirmed coronavirus infection cases in Belarus increased by 1,899 from 935,684 on Thursday to 937,583 on Friday, with the death toll rising by 15 from 6,618 to 6,633, according to the country’s health ministry.

The ministry said that a total of 931,150 people had recovered from the coronavirus, and 1,132 people had been discharged from hospitals over the past 24 hours. 

As many as 12,601,257 tests for the coronavirus had been carried out in the country by Thursday, with 18,877 tests conducted in the past 24 hours.

As of March 11, as many as 5,739,000 people in Belarus had already received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and over 5,173,000 people had been fully vaccinated with two doses.
