Interior ministry declares Belaruski Hajun an extremist group
March 16, BPN. The Belarusian interior ministry has declared the group of people operating Belaruski Hajun, a Telegram channel, an extremist formation.
Belaruski Hajun features posts on movements of Russian troops in Belarus, as well as on missile launches and aircraft flights from the country’s territory.
Belaruski Hajun dismissed the ministry’s declaration as “a stamp of quality.” It said it will keep monitoring military activity.
“We have supported, are supporting and will keep supporting the Ukrainian and Belarusian people in their struggle for freedom,” the Telegram channel message reads.
The interior ministry has 41 entries on its list of extremist formations, including media outlets, such as BelaPAN, Radio Svaboda, Belsat TV, and Naša Niva.
