Łukašenka: Russia’s most advanced industries need Belarusian companies

June 14, BPN. The most advanced Russian industries need cooperation with Belarusian companies working in microelectronics and other industries whose services are “in high demand, especially in our brotherly Russia,” Alaksandr Łukašenka was quoted by his press office as saying at a conference on electronics.

Integral and Planar, Belarus’ microelectronics manufacturers, receive about 90 percent of their revenues from exports, Industry Minister Piotr Parchomčyk said.

He noted that Integral’s exports may rise by 30 percent this year to $115 million with Russia’s state corporations Roscosmos and Rosatom and defense ministry being its major customers.
