Łukašenka visiting Russia
June 23, BPN. The unofficial Telegram account of Alaksandr Łukašenka’s press service reports that he is on a visit to Russia.
He and Russian President Vladimir Putin will communicate informally in Putin’s residence in Zavidovo on June 22-23, and on June 24 the official program will begin, it reported.
“The leaders’ working meeting will take place in St. Petersburg on June 25,” it added.
On June 17, Łukašenka said he wanted to discuss Ukraine with Putin. Last time the two leaders met in Moscow on May 23.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s visit to Minsk is scheduled for June 30-July 1.
