September 19, BPN. The Belarusian currency slid against the US dollar, euro and Chinese yuan at the September 19 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It depreciated to 2.5381 rubels per dollar, 2.5367 per euro and 3.6046 per 10 yuan. But it pushed higher against the Russian currency, to 4.2126 per 100 Russian rubels
Last week (September 12-16), the rubel went up against its main rivals in Belarus, gaining 0.97 percent against the dollar, 1.75 percent against the euro, 2.48 percent against the yuan and 0.01 percent against the Russian currency.
The rubel strengthened by 0.34 percent against the US dollar to 2.5567 between January and August 2022.
