December 5, BPN. Food prices dropped by 0.6 percent in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in October, but rose by 0.4 percent since the start of 2022, the Eurasian Economic Commission’s statistical department reported.
In January-October, Belarus posted a 23.1-percent rise in agricultural product prices, followed by Kazakhstan (+9.3 percent), while Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia posted price drops of 16.4 percent, 6.6 percent, and 2.8 percent, respectively.
