KGB adds one more person to its terrorist list
April 13, BPN. The Committee for State Security (KGB) has added Aleh Zubovič, 27, to its list of individuals involved in terrorist activities.
He was reportedly convicted on charges of inciting hatred. Human rights groups do not know any additional details of Zubovič or his criminal case.
A total of 1,046 people are on the terrorist list with 291 Belarusian nationals among them, according to the Viasna Human Rights Center. Authorities in Belarus routinely use the charge of inciting hatred to persecute critics of the government.
