Belarusian rubel edges up against dollar, ruble and yuan

May 22, BPN. The Belarusian rubel rose slightly against the US dollar, Russian ruble and Chinese yuan at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange today.

It was up 0.02 percent to 2.9253 per dollar, 0.03 percent to 3.6657 per 100 rubles and 0.01 percent to 4.1653 per 10 yuan.

There was no trading in euros, with EUR/BYN at 3.2.

The rubel fell last week against the dollar, euro and yuan but gained against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency lost nearly 7 percent of its value against the dollar in the first four months of 2023.
