Rubel up against all major currencies at BCSE

May 31, BPN. The Belarusian rubel has strengthened against the US dollar to 2.9204 at the May 31 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also climbed against the euro to 3.145, against the Chinese yuan to 4.1382 per 10 yuan and against the Russian currency to 3.6407 per 100 rubles. 

Last week (May 22-26), the rubel strengthened against all major currencies at BCSE, gaining 0.25 percent against the dollar, 1.56 percent against the euro, 0.56 percent against the yuan and 0.12 percent against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency lost 6.91 percent of its value against the dollar in the first four months of 2023.
