Foreign minister visiting Equatorial Guinea

June 2, BPN. Belarusian Foreign Minister Siarhiej Alejnik is meeting officials in Equatorial Guinea to discuss closer economic ties, the foreign ministry’s press office reported.

Trade and better coordination between foreign ministries will also be on the agenda, it added.

On June 2 and 3, Alejnik is to have several high-level meetings, including with President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, Foreign Minister Simeón Oyono Esono Angue as well as with other officials and business leaders.

Belarus has no embassy in Equatorial Guinea and there is no data on trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
