No leaks after ByPol internal conflict – transition cabinet

June 12, BPN. The opposition’s transition cabinet has not detected any leaks of sensitive information following an internal conflict in the ByPol association of exiled Belarusian former security officers.

ByPol has been collecting information within several projects, including the Pieramoha Plan, a secret resistance initiative. “No threats to stored information have been identified so far,” the cabinet’s press office said.

A discussion to mediate between the parties is scheduled for June 12 with cabinet leaders in attendance.

On June 8, ByPol chief Alaksandr Azaraŭ said that a ByPol spokesman and several other members defected after refusing to take a lie detector test.
