Rubel up against US dollar, yuan at BCSE

December 26, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.1962 against the US dollar at the December 26 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also climbed to 4.4555 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.5216 per euro and to 3.482 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (December 18 – 22), the rubel fell 1.47 percent against the dollar, 2.43 percent against the euro and 0.95 percent against the yuan but rose 1.2 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency lost 13.82 percent of its value against the dollar from January to November.
