Rubel strengthens against dollar, weakens against euro on October 31
October 31, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened against the US and Russian currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
In today’s trading, it rose to 3.3162 per dollar and 3.4252 per 100 rubles. However, it fell to 4.6722 per 10 yuan and 3.6189 per euro.
Last week (October 21–25), the rubel gained 0.66 percent against the euro but lost 0.05 percent against the greenback, 0.13 percent against the Chinese currency and 0.37 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency lost 1.06 percent of its value against the dollar in the first nine months of 2024.
