Record high temperatures recorded for five days in Belarus
March 11, Pozirk. Temperatures in Belarus have been hitting record highs for five consecutive days, according to Pozirk‘s analysis of the Biełhidramiet’s data.
Yesterday, temperatures in Drahičyn, Brest region, peaked at 20.4 degrees Celsius, setting a new high after 17.6 degrees recorded 50 years ago. Brest also recorded a new high of 19.5C degrees.
Five days ago, the all-time high of the day was reported in Samachvałavičy, Minsk region, with more record-breaking temperatures reported across Belarus over the three following days.
Temperatures have dropped across the country since yesterday.
