Belarus’ official coronavirus death toll rises to 6,361
February 20, BPN. The total number of confirmed coronavirus infection cases in Belarus increased by 7,283 from 875,934 on Saturday to 883,217 on Sunday, with the death toll rising by 13 from 6,348 to 6,361, according to the country’s health ministry.
The ministry said that a total of 869,256 people had recovered from the coronavirus, and 1,980 people had been discharged from hospitals over the past 24 hours.
As many as 12,299,766 tests for the coronavirus had been carried out in the country by Saturday, with 27,203 tests conducted in the past 24 hours.
As of February 18, as many as 5,563,000 people in Belarus had already received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and over 4,870,000 people had been fully vaccinated with two doses.
