October 26, BPN. Belarusian authorities have passed a law to allow online drug sales starting January 1, the health ministry’s press office reported citing Iryna Kirejeva, the ministry’s drug sales department head.
“So far it concerns only over-the-counter drugs, but the sale of prescription drugs could be considered in the future after the launch of e-health services,” she said and added that the law would allow selling medicines during on-site medical visits.
The authorities also expanded the list of grounds for suspending private clinics’ licenses.
