Fakesters pose as opposition’s cabinet on Telegram

November 10, BPN. The opposition’s transition cabinet has called on the Belarusians to only trust its official Telegram account.

It said a fake account disseminating “calls and news not related to the cabinet in any way” emerged on the Telegram messaging app popular in Belarus and Russia.

“We urge all Belarusians to be especially careful about these messages and not to click on the links they contain,” it said in a statement.
