BYPOL collects information on regime’s activities to polish uprising plan
November 22, BPN. The ByPol initiative of former security officers has urged Belarusians to provide it with information that may help the opposition implement its Victory Plan (Płan Pieramoha).
ByPol head Alaksandr Azaraŭ told BPN that the association is primarily interested in reports about the movement of Russian troops in Belarus, insider information on special services, compromising details about the Łukašenka regime and the Belarusian army’s involvement in Russia’s war against Ukraine.
The received reports would be either published without undermining informants’ safety or used for “in-house operational purposes.”
The Victory Plan was designed in 2021 to make the resistance stealthier and more organized. It was backed by opposition leader Śviatłana Cichanoŭskaja. The Supreme Court declared both ByPol and Victory Plan terrorist organizations.
