The Supreme Court’s reports indicate that a total of 1,146 bankruptcies were being considered by the economic courts. Of them, 92 percent concerned private firms.
Ninety-three cases involved state entities, such as Minsk-based Delta Bank, a crystal factory in Barysaŭ, Minsk region, and a winery in Pinsk, Brest region.
