Belarusian industrial firms sign $240m deals at Russian expo

July 15, BPN. Belarusian industrial enterprises signed contracts worth $240 million at the international exhibition Innoprom-2023 in Yekaterinburg, Russia, according to the Belarusian Ministry of Industry.

The contracts cover various areas, including product supply, assembly plants, investment projects, technical modernization and scientific cooperation. The ministry said 45 of its enterprises participated in the exhibition, which ran from July 11 to July 13.

The ministry said the forum fostered new business contacts and trade relations between Belarusian and Russian industrialists and supported cooperation projects between the leading enterprises of the two countries.

Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said earlier that there were no limits on the potential cooperation between Minsk and Moscow. He said two fundamental agreements had been signed within the framework of a common Belarusian-Russian industrial policy.
