Rubel up against US dollar, yuan at BCSE
September 4, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.1559 against the US dollar at the September 4 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also climbed to 4.4537 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.5651 per 100 Russian rubles.
The rubel has not traded against the European currency and remained at 3.4819 against the euro.
Last week (August 26–30), the rubel gained 0.49 percent of its value against the US dollar but fell 1.06 percent against the euro, 0.44 percent against the yuan and 0.73 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 0.19 percent against the dollar in the first eight months of 2024.
