Rubel rises against US dollar, yuan at BCSE on January 21

January 21, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.443 against the US dollar at the January 21 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
The Belarusian currency also climbed to 4.7113 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.5612 per euro and 3.3782 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (January 13 – 17), the rubel lost 0.09 percent of its value against the dollar and 0.6 percent against the yuan but rose 0.52 percent against the euro and 1.14 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 9.32 percent of its value against the dollar last year.
