BySol raising funds for student sentenced to years in prison for supporting Ukraine

May 7, Pozirk. The BySol solidarity foundation is raising funds for assistance to Danuta Piarednia, a former student sentenced to six years and six months in prison for supporting Ukraine after Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Andrej Stryžak of BySol has said that the foundation seeks to raise €3,000 for apartment rent, a Polish course, paperwork, basic needs, transport fare and mobile services.

Piarednia was arrested in February 2022 and granted pardon in late 2024.
