BySol raises over €85,000 for recently released prisoners

(BySol)
September 12, Pozirk. The fundraiser launched yesterday for the recently released regime critics has collected €85,159 in less than 24 hours, according to the BySol solidarity foundation’s website.
The target amount of €50,000 was raised in just three hours yesterday, after Alaksandar Łukašenka pardoned a large group of designated political prisoners, who were immediately taken to Lithuania, except for politician Mikałaj Statkievič, who refused to leave Belarus.
“After many years in prison, these people have been forcibly deported from their homeland. With shattered health and no means to survive. Without our help, life will be unbearably difficult for them,” BySol stressed in the fundraiser notice.
