The list also includes Belgazprombank.

Ukrainian restrictive measures also affected 159 organizations and three individuals from Russia.

Asset freezing, a halt to securities trading, termination of transactions and agreements, prevention of capital flight and a ban on transit through Ukraine are among the sanctions.

Zelensky said they apply to “legal entities and individuals that the aggressor state uses to transport military equipment and soldiers by rail.”

“Their assets in Ukraine are blocked. We will use them for our defense. We will work to ensure that similar freezing is applied by other countries,” the Ukrainian president said in a daily address.

Belarus provided Russia with airspace and military bases to invade Ukraine. At the same time, officials in Minsk say they have not sent any troops to the frontlines.
