February 15, BPN. The Belarusian currency has depreciated against the US dollar to 2.7772 at the February 15 trading session at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also dropped against the euro to 2.9999, but climbed against the Russian currency to 3.7752 per 100 rubles and remained at 4.0904 per 10 Chinese yuan.
Last week, (February 6 – 10), the rubel fell 2.84 percent against the dollar, 1.67 percent against the euro, and 2.09 percent against the yuan. It climbed 0.46 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency strengthened by 3.27 percent against the dollar in January following a 7.39 percent plunge against the greenback in 2022.
