Mobile game developer closes Minsk branch
February 16, BPN. Playgendary, a mobile games developer founded by Belarusian Dźmitryj Šelanhoŭski, is shutting down its Minsk branch Playgendary Development, IT news website Dev.by reports.
“Playgendary employed about 120 people in Belarus in October 2021. By the summer of 2022, the staff was reduced to 40 people, according to former employees,” Dev.by wrote.
At the end of 2021 Playgendary was one of the three most popular mobile developers with Belarusian roots. Its games were downloaded a total of three billion times.
