Biełstat: Belarusian companies’ CapEx up 22.5 percent in January-April

May 20, Pozirk. Belarusian companies’ capital expenditures rose by 22.5 percent year on year in the first four months of 2024 to 10.9 billion rubels ($3.4 billion), said the National Statistics Committee (Biełstat).

Private companies accounted for 52.6 percent, while state and foreign-owned companies accounted for 43.4 and 4 percent, respectively.

CapEx grew by 28.4 percent in 2023, according to Biełstat.
