Rubel down against US dollar, euro, yuan at BCSE

May 29, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.1865 against the US dollar at the May 29 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also fell to 3.4572 per euro and 4.3815 per 10 Chinese yuan but climbed to 3.5749 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week, (May 20–24), the rubel grew 0.71 percent against the dollar, 0.49 percent against the yuan and 0.57 percent against the euro. The Belarusian currency fell 1.7 percent against the Russian ruble.

The rubel lost 2.41 percent of its value against the dollar in the first four months of 2024.
