Rubel down against key currencies at BCSE
August 7, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.1007 against the US dollar at the August 7 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also fell to 3.3839 per euro, 3.6138 per 100 Russian rubles and 4.3079 per 10 Chinese yuan.
Last week (July 29 – August 2), the rubel fell by 0.27 percent against the dollar, 0.44 percent against the euro and 0.04 percent against the Russian currency. It gained 0.02 percent of its value against the yuan.
The Belarusian currency strengthened 1.34 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2024.
