Rubel drops against key currencies at BCSE on May 22

May 22, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated against all major foreign currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
In today’s trading, it dropped to 3.003 per US dollar, 3.76 per 100 Russian rubles, 4.1626 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.3846 per euro.
Last week (May 12–16), the rubel appreciated by 0.34 percent against the greenback and 0.51 percent against the yuan, weakening 0.29 percent against the euro and 1.38 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency gained 12.16 percent against the dollar in the first four months of 2025.
