September 2, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.1719 against the US dollar at the September 2 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also fell to 3.5319 per 100 Russian rubles but climbed to 3.515 per euro and 4.5084 per 10 Chinese yuan.
Last week (August 26–30), the rubel gained 0.49 percent of its value against the US dollar but fell 1.06 percent against the euro, 0.44 percent against the yuan and 0.73 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 0.19 percent against the dollar in the first eight months of 2024.
