September 15, BPN. An increase in agricultural production was recorded in January-August 2022, after a significant decline, the statistics committee Belstat has said.
Output in farms of all types amounted to 18.4 billion rubels (some $7.267bn at the current exchange rate), which is 1.8 percent more than in January-August last year, in comparable prices.
Agricultural entities produced 16.5 billion rubels worth of products, a 3.2 percent increase as compared with the eight months of 2021.
