Rubel climbs against US dollar, euro, yuan at BCSE on May 28

May 28, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.0161 against the US dollar at the May 28 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The Belarusian currency climbed to 3.4183 per euro and 4.1737 per 10 Chinese yuan but dropped to 3.7623 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (May 19 – 23), the rubel appreciated by 0.26 percent against the greenback and 0.2 percent against the euro, weakening 0.47 percent against the yuan and 1.17 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 12.16 percent against the dollar in the first four months of 2025.
