August 29, BPN. The Belarusian leader has promoted Major General Uładzisłaŭ Budzik, head of the Armed Forces’ 72 Guards Joint Training Center, to deputy chief of the General Staff and head of its main organizing and mobilizing department.
Alaksandr Łukašenka signed the decree to that effect on August 29, his press office reported.
By another decree, he appointed Colonel Vadzim Suraŭ as head of the training center.
Located in Barysaŭ, Minsk region, the center trains warrant officers and main battle tank crews.
