September 21, BPN. The Belarusian currency slid against the US dollar and Chinese yuan at the September 21 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It depreciated to 2.555 rubels per dollar and to 3.6156 per 10 yuan.
At the same time, it climbed to 2.5353 per euro and to 4.1956 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (September 12-16), the rubel went up against its main rivals in Belarus, gaining 0.97 percent against the dollar, 1.75 percent against the euro, 2.48 percent against the yuan and 0.01 percent against the Russian currency.
The rubel strengthened by 0.34 percent against the US dollar to 2.5567 between January and August 2022.
