Rubel up against US dollar, Russian currency at week’s last trading
September 19, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.043 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
The Belarusian currency also rose to 3.6396 per 100 Russian rubles but dropped to 3.57 per euro and 4.2563 per 10 Chinese yuan.
In the outgoing week (September 15–19), the rubel gained 1.26 percent against the dollar, 0.59 percent against the euro, 1.07 percent against the yuan but lost 0.35 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency gained 14.3 percent against the dollar in the first eight months of 2025.
