September 5, Pozirk. The rubel depreciated to 3.0094 against the US dollar at the September 5 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
The Belarusian currency also dropped to 4.2011 per 10 Chinese yuan but rose to 3.6955 per 100 Russian rubles.
The rubel has not traded against the European currency and remained at 3.4863 against the euro.
In the outgoing week (September 1 – 5), the rubel lost 1.22 percent against the dollar, 0.83 percent against the euro, 0.94 percent against the yuan and 0.06 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency gained 14.3 percent against the dollar in the first eight months of 2025.
