Rubel down against US dollar, Russian currency at BCSE
August 6, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.0919 against the US dollar at the August 6 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also fell to 3.6137 per 100 Russian rubles but climbed to 3.3816 per euro and 4.3078 per 10 Chinese yuan.
Last week (July 29 – August 2), the rubel fell by 0.27 percent against the dollar, 0.44 percent against the euro and 0.04 percent against the Russian currency. It gained 0.02 percent of its value against the yuan.
The Belarusian currency strengthened 1.34 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2024.
